Carey Moving Helps out the Girl Scouts
It is Girl Scout cookie season again!
A whopping $65,000 worth of cookies were sold at the Academy Awards! That is impressive. At Carey Moving & Storage we also like to do our part to support the Girl Scouts of America. We don’t have an Oscar but we have moving power!
Carey uses its facilities, crews, and trucks to distribute girl scout cookies in the southeast. Last year Carey delivered over 21 million cookies (150,000 cases) to support this worthy cause. In addition, Carey has helped deliver supplies for Girl Scout facilities impacted by the South Carolina (Columbia) floods.
We are proud of our 40+ year partnership with the Girl Scouts of South Carolina. We gladly provide storage and distribution to help get those cookies delivered. We hope you support your local Girl Scouts by buying some Girl Scout cookies. Here at Carey, our team can’t decide on which kind is best, so we enjoy them all!
