Allied Van Lines, one of the world’s largest moving companies, is proud to announce that for the second consecutive year, it has been named one of America’s Best Customer Service Providers in the Moving Services category based on an independent survey, commissioned by Newsweek.
Newsweek partners with Statista, the respected global data-research firm, to survey more than 20,000 American customers who have either made purchases, used services, or gathered information about products or services in the past three years.
“We are proud to be recognized once again as a top brand for delivering excellent customer service,” said Lesli Bertoli, Vice President and General Manager of Allied Van Lines. “Our goal on every move is to provide quality service and deliver an experience for our valued customers, that exceed their expectations”.
Over 115,000 evaluations were collected, and the final rankings were based on a net promoter score—an index that measures the likelihood of customers recommending a company to others—and five evaluation criteria based on consumer experience.
The results of the independent survey recognize Allied Van Lines as a top brand for the quality of communication, professional competence, range of services, customer focus, and accessibility.
